Eishexen Braunlage - TV Kornwestheim 1:5 (0:0, 0:2, 1:3)

After ten minutes, when I arrived at the ice rink after a referee job, the score was 0:0. In the following time, Kornwestheim attacked nearly all the time but struggling against a great Braunlage defense which was guided by their incredible goalie.
Braunlage was the better team at the beginning of second period, having more ball possession, time in opponents defense zone and some chances to get the lead. But Kornwestheim had several fast breaks, one of them was successful in the 34th period. That turned the game again and Kornwestheim was the dominating part. 16 seconds to go in the second period, they scored a second goal.
After 19 seconds in the third period, Kornwestheim scored another goal. Braunlage survived a two-man-short-handed time. After they got even-strengthed, they scored their first goal, which made them come back in the match. Though they had several chances, they could not managed to score a second one. After two goals in the 51st and 55th minute, the game was decided. Korwestheim dominated most parts of the game, while Braunlage did not manage to score enough goals in their stronger times. The Southern Germany team was the deserved winner of this match, which again was much fun to me.
